Your brain is hard-wired to look out for threats and has thought patterns that generate all your negative emotions, including stress, anxiety, self-doubt, anger, avoidance, procrastination, insensitivity or discontent. Mental fitness requires the ability to see, intercept and discredit these negative counter-productive thought patterns in the heat of the moment.

You’re not in full command of your mind. If you were, you would choose to entirely silence the all the negative thought patterns. You would choose to not stress out over what you can’t control, push away self-doubts, recover from disappointments immediately, and spend little time in anger, regret, or blame.
PQ Reps are innovative 10-second exercises which build up this crucial Self-Command muscle in the brain. You learn to run your brain, rather than allow your brain to be hijacked by negative thoughts and emotions.

😌 Sage Muscle
The “sage” brain is the parts of your mind that handle challenges with positive emotions and calm, clear-headed action. By building this muscle, you increase your capacity to respond to challenges, conflicts and problems with a calmer mind that can tap into empathy, curiosity and laser focused action, instead of letting the survivor brain be triggered and operating from fear and negative emotions.
